PPR Pipe Sizes and Wall Thickness (20–110 mm) | DIN 8077

This guide lists PPR pipe sizes for 20, 25, 32, 40, 50, 63, 75, 90 and 110 mm outside diameters. Use the DIN 8077 tables to compare wall thickness and manufacturing tolerances for SDR 11, SDR 7.4 and SDR 6 pipe series.

How to read PPR pipe diameter and wall thickness

  • Outside diameter is the nominal measurement across the outside of the pipe in millimetres.
  • Wall thickness shows the thickness of the pipe wall at the same outside diameter.
  • SDR is the ratio of outside diameter to nominal wall thickness; at the same diameter, a lower SDR means a thicker wall.
  • Do not select a pipe series by size alone. Operating temperature, pressure, intended service life and the project specification must be considered together.

Selecting the right PPR product

Do not use the size chart alone as proof of a pressure class or suitability for a specific project. Review SPK PPR clean water systems, then share the required diameter, temperature, pressure and quantity through the technical and export enquiry form.
