Joining with the fusion technique:
This techniques turns the system members into a sealed and inseparable single piece as a result of molecular fusion of the pipe and the coupling piece by melting them under a 260ºC heat. This system is realized in a very short time thanks to the Welding machine ,the Pipe scissors and the Pipe stripping apparatus .Using fewer associate members is the factor which makes the fusion technique simple and perfect. This perfect coupling technique creates a single unity between the pipe and the fittings by melting them with the welding machine and then cooling; the resulting blending quality is equivalent in duration to the useful life of the installation. This quality and safety standard provides the designers, the fitters and building constructors with a convenient application means.
Welding technique:
This welding method is realized by converting electric energy into thermal energy. The tips of the pipe and the coupling piece to be welded is inserted into the pre-heated 260ºC dies of the welding machine in axial position at appropriate depth.
They are kept inside for the specified sufficient duration .After heated for a sufficient time, the pipe and the fitting part are ,without turning ,welded up to the melted depth during the specified duration.

WELDING RULES FOR SPK PIPE AND FITTINGS
SPK Pipes and Fittings welding should be performed according to DVS rules.
Please pay attention to following points:
• Equip the welding machine with appropriate tools.
• Run the welding machine.
• In this running state, first the control lamp on the key, then the other round-shaped control lamp lights.
• When the welding heat (260ºC) is reached , the round control lamp turns off.
• Now ,you can start the welding.
• If the welding tools, pipes or fittings becomes dirty, clean them with a clean piece of cloth or paper soaked in a spirit or alcohol – water mixture.
• Put the pipe in the heating socket and the fitting in the heating socket.
• After waiting for the below specified duration, which is changeable depending on the diameters, join the pipe and the fitting without turning.
• After joining, wait at least five minutes allowing the weld to cool.
After that ,the pipe may be used. For the durations of heating ,processing and cooling ,refer to the below table. Note that the processing time changes according to the pipe diameters.
Please note: The heating times in the table are for pipes PN 20. When welding pipes PN 10 (especially 20mm and 25mm dia. ) heat the fitting first and afterwards heat the pipe for 2 sec. and complete welding.
