Our company has been founded by Temel Sogut in Shishli/ Istanbul in 1976. At the beginning named “Sogut Kardeshler” the company occupied area about 40 m2.
In 1977 the company has been transformed to collective company. In 1983 the trade name of the company changed to “Sogut Plastik ve Kalip Sanayi va Ticaret Anonim Shirketi”. Later from the 1989 company administration center was lsituated at the following address:” IMES Sanayi Sitesi, Dudullu, Istanbul, Turkey”. From 1997 SPK company is realizing its activities at 16000 m2 production area on following address: “Organize Sanayi Bolgesi, Yukari Dudullu, Umraniye, Istanbul”
The company had started its activity from the manufacturing of plastic injection forms. After this the company were producing front and rear plastic panels and covers for TV; panels for refrigerators, washing machines, calculators, cassettes, car accessories and stationary for several word-famous firms such as “Arcelik”, “Beko”, “Philips”, “Profilo”, Telefunken”, ‘Tofash”, Vestel”. After creating of injection department, the company began to enlarge its activity and from 1989 started production of PPRC pipes and fittings for clean water under ‘SPK’ name and pioneered a new manufacturing sector in Turkey. From the 2000 the company had started production and selling of PP waste water pipes and fittings again with its own moulds.
The new aim and directions of the SPK company is to serve the Turkish industry by enlarging the production portolio and producing high quality products using the most advanced world technologies .
